Privacy policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

bizness.page processes personal data in two different roles, and this policy explains both: as controller, of the data of those who have an account, and as processor, of the data of those who visit our customers’ landings or sign up on them.

1. Controller

2. If you have a bizness.page account

What data we process

Why, and on what basis

We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it for advertising and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

For how long

While you have the account. When you close it, we delete it with your landings and leads within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices, for example) for the legal periods. Sign-in links expire after 10 minutes.

3. If you visit a landing or sign up on it

Each landing belongs to a bizness.page customer, who is the controller of the data visitors leave on it: their name appears on the landing and in the confirmation email. bizness.page acts as processor (art. 28 GDPR), following their instructions and the data processing agreement.

To exercise your rights over that data, contact the controller (the landing’s owner). If you write to us, we’ll pass your request on to them.

4. Who else processes the data

These providers process data on behalf of bizness.page, under processing agreements and with the GDPR’s safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area:

We don’t share data with anyone else, unless required by law.

5. Cookies

bizness.page only uses technical cookies, which don’t need consent (art. 22.2 LSSI): your session on app.bizness.page, to keep you signed in, and your language. Landings use no cookies. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to raul@thelifestyleconsultant.club. We’ll reply within one month at most. If you think we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority of your country.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we’ll email you before the change applies.
